Budget Specialist / Construction Preparation Specialist

Work Location: Dělnická č.p. 2040/110 Děčín VI-Letná, 405 02 Děčín 2 • Job Responsibilities: • Prepare itemized construction budgets • Prepare documentation for procurement processes • Request quotations and evaluate subcontractor bids • Technical preparation of construction projects (schedules, construction methods) • Collaboration with designers, site managers, and investors • Cost control during project implementation • Requirements: • Secondary or higher education in construction field • Experience in a similar position is a plus • Knowledge of budgeting software (e.g., KROS, RTS, etc.) • Familiarity with construction documentation • Strong organizational and communication skills • Independence, attention to detail, and responsible approach • Proficient user of MS Office We Offer: • Stable employment with a company working on long-term projects • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunities for professional growth and further training • Friendly team environment and support from experienced colleagues • Flexible working hours / possibility of partial remote work • Corporate benefits (bonuses, allowances, etc.) Monthly gross salary will be determined by agreement with consideration to your experience and qualifications.
