Organizing work and coordinating Breeding Station staff, collaborating with management and ensuring daily operations, organizing retail and wholesale sales, communicating with bulk buyers and individual customers, managing sales in the company store and at farmers markets, managing and developing the e-shop and websites, professional marketing and promotion of product range, customer service and expert consultation. Background in agriculture or sales is an advantage, as well as experience with e-shops, website management or online marketing, and advanced IT skills.
