About the Department
Radiology in Mora is a 24/7 operation offering acute and scheduled examinations in Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, Conventional X-ray, Interventional Radiology, and MRI. Approximately 60 employees with various professions work here, so you'll join a team of cheerful, competent, and engaged colleagues. Our department is characterized by high-quality care, teamwork, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities
As a radiologic technologist with us, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and that examinations are performed with the highest quality. We work in teams that may vary depending on which lab you're in. At Radiology, we have a mix of both newer and more experienced colleagues working together. Each section has a section leader whose role is to drive the section's development work in close collaboration with other colleagues. We use an introduction plan for all new employees; if you're a newly graduated radiologic technologist, we offer comprehensive training in all modalities of the profession.
With 24/7 shift work, there is a salary incentive of 3000kr plus reduced working hours. With day/evening/weekend shifts, there is a salary incentive of 1500kr plus reduced working hours.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is a fully trained, licensed Radiologic Technologist or near completion of your education.
You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team in both planned and sometimes stressful acute operations.
You want to contribute to good and safe care for our population and, together with colleagues, develop the department while contributing to a positive work environment.
