Job Responsibilities The work includes, among other things: Selective demolition and dismantling Interior demolition of residential buildings, facilities, and industrial buildings Dismantling of kitchens, bathrooms, ceilings, walls, and installations Sorting and handling of demolition materials Loading and waste management Hole drilling and simple chiseling work Establishment and breakdown of work sites Daily self-inspection and work according to applicable workplace and safety regulations The work is carried out in close collaboration with work management, clients, and other contractors. We Are Looking for You Who We believe you have experience from demolition, construction, or other practical activities where safety and quality are important. You are: responsible reliable thorough solution-oriented cooperative accustomed to taking independent responsibility You have good physical fitness and enjoy varying and practical work. Qualifications Requirements Experience in demolition or construction work Good physical work capacity Ability to work both independently and in teams Swedish or English spoken Valid right to work in Sweden Meritorious Category B driver's license Hot Work certification Lift certification Fall Protection certification Work on roads Asbestos certification Experience with hole drilling Machine operation experience (mini excavator, Bobcat, etc.) We Offer With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a company that invests long-term.
