Håslövs Byaskola is a small independent K-6 school in Vellinge municipality with approximately 55–60 students. We are now seeking a confident, stable, and experienced student assistant for a middle school student. The student has a lot going on and needs an adult who can build trust, stay one step ahead, provide understanding, and support both in schoolwork and social situations. You need to be able to read situations, prevent conflicts, redirect when necessary, and at the same time set clear boundaries. Close collaboration with the classroom teacher is absolutely crucial. You work under the teacher's pedagogical responsibility and need to be humble, attentive, and able to follow common strategies. We are looking for someone with experience in NPF/AST, for example as a student assistant, personal assistant, childcare worker, recreational pedagogue, or similar. Experience with TEACCH/clarifying pedagogy is a merit. You need to understand the importance of providing the right support, but also stepping back when things are working well, so the student gets the opportunity to develop independence. If needed, work in smaller student groups, during after-school care, or shorter substitute positions may occur. You need to speak and write Swedish well, and be comfortable with digital tools. Employment: Hourly/as-needed employment. Working hours: approximately 08:15–14:00, excluding school holidays and professional development days. Hourly wage: 185 kr + vacation pay with relevant education/NPF experience. Start: Relatively immediate by arrangement. High attendance is important, as continuity is a central part of the assignment.
