Scope: 75% with possibility of full-time Start Date: Spring term 2027 Would you like to work in a safe and well-functioning riding school where horse welfare, pedagogy, and community are at the center? Lovisas Ponnystall is now seeking an engaged and pedagogical riding instructor who wants to help develop our riding school with us starting in spring term 2027. About the Operation Lovisas Ponnystall is a family-oriented and pedagogically focused riding school emphasizing quality riding instruction in small groups. The operation comprises approximately 180 riding sessions per week and primarily serves children and youth at various levels. With us, horse welfare, safety, and a positive learning environment are always in focus. We work to create a riding school where students develop both as riders and equestrians. The riding school is located in Degerfors municipality, approximately 13 minutes from Karlskoga and 35 minutes from Örebro, with good commuting options. The operation is run in collaboration with Knutsbols Horse Society and is affiliated with the Swedish Equestrian Federation. Facilities Our facility is beautifully situated by Lake Möckeln, with fantastic opportunities for outdoor riding and varied training. The facility includes: Insulated indoor arena 20 × 60 m Lighted outdoor arena 20 × 60 m Smaller terrain course Easy to work with, warm and functional stable Great opportunities for outdoor riding in beautiful nature Job Duties The position is varied and includes both instruction and work in daily stable operations.
