We are looking for a reliable C+E category truck driver to join our team. If you enjoy driving, are not afraid of agricultural work, and are looking for a stable employer, we would be happy to welcome you. Feel free to bring a partner along! JOB DUTIES: What awaits you? • distribution of one-day-old poultry throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Ukraine, • collection of breeding eggs from farms, • transportation of laying hens within the Czech Republic, • work in continuous agricultural operations (including weekends and holidays). Your compensation corresponds to actual hours worked - the more you work, the more you earn. REQUIREMENTS: What do we expect from you? • experience driving heavy-duty truck combinations, • independence, reliability, and responsible approach, • physical fitness is an advantage. WE OFFER: What do we offer you? • stable employment with an established company, • wages always paid on time to your account, • employment contract on full-time basis with possibility of extension for indefinite period (or cooperation via agreement), • 5 weeks of vacation, • hourly wage from 220 Kč/hour, • 30% premium for work on Saturdays and Sundays, • 100% premium for work on public holidays, • domestic and international meal allowances, • quarterly and annual bonuses for meeting work fund requirements, • loyalty bonuses and bonuses on work anniversaries, • discounted prices on company products, • recruitment bonus of 30,000 Kč, • reward of 20,000 Kč for recommending a new colleague.
