Management, organization and coordination of construction work on company projects. Oversight of construction implementation progress, quality control of performed work, compliance with technological procedures, schedules and work safety. The position includes organizing workers and subcontractors on site, verifying completed work, ensuring necessary materials are available and collaborating with company management, investors and other construction participants. Additionally, maintenance and control of relevant construction documentation and handling routine operational matters on site. Work is performed on individual construction projects of the company, primarily in the Karlovarský region. We require experience in the construction industry, organizational skills, independence, reliability, ability to lead a work team and a Class B driver's license.
