Job Responsibilities: - Material handling (returnable containers, products, etc.) - Stacking finished products on pallets in the warehouse - Close collaboration with the shipping department staff - Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the assigned forklift and work areas Requirements: - Completed secondary education with vocational certificate - Previous forklift operation experience - Willingness to work 12-hour shifts 6:00-18:00 / 18:00-6:00 - Good physical fitness - Manufacturing environment experience is a plus - Class B driver's license and own vehicle (to ensure accessibility to the facility) Salary: 30–39 000 Kč/month (base salary + 10% monthly bonus + allowances): - +20% for each hour worked at night - +25% for Saturday work - +50% for Sunday work Additional Benefits: - 240 Kč meal voucher per worked shift (up to 3 600 Kč/month) - 3 Kč/km transportation allowance for car commute up to 30 km distance - 8 000 Kč/year in benefits program - 5% annual bonus, 5 weeks vacation + 2 personal days - pension plan contributions, life and accident insurance, and liability insurance - drinking water at the workplace and discounted purchase of our products The employment contract is for 6 months with extension to indefinite term upon mutual satisfaction.
