Work Location: New processing facility and retail shop of Šmidrkal in Vysoké Mýto For this position, we are looking for a skilled craftsperson who can professionally process meat and has experience in charcuterie production, with practical experience as a butcher-charcutier. What do we expect from you? Portioning and preparing meat for production and sales. Production of charcuterie products according to recipes. Working with meat mixtures.
