Kušková Jana, e-mail: [email protected] Main responsibilities: - Developing retail strategy and plans for Europe, including internal communication of plans and securing management approval - Creating product launch plans for markets, negotiating product placement with partners, including selection of specific products and sales support activities - Working on annual activity and event calendars (promotional pricing, Black Friday, partner events in individual brick-and-mortar stores, product launch activities for the Czech market for TVs and other home appliances) - Ensuring content alignment with the Chinese headquarters and local EU countries, with focus on product visibility in individual partner retail locations - Working with sales and Retail teams across markets (Europe/China/rest of world) - Supporting Retail communication for EU countries and providing appropriate training and training planning for partner retail employees - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners Required skills: - Knowledge of Chinese language at a very good level (oral and written) due to communication with the parent company Preferred skills: - Excellent English communication skills - Strong analytical abilities
