We are now recruiting a resource nurse for municipal primary care in regular housing. You will work with individuals with varying care needs, ranging from basic health and medical services to increasingly specialized care and treatment in the home. Within the health and medical services unit in Mariestad Municipality, approximately 50 nurses work. WORK DUTIES In this assignment, your work duties are highly varied and include: • Plan, implement, and evaluate health and medical services. • Coordinate the patient's health and medical care contact with other care providers. • Work with preventive measures to maintain health. • Work in a team with other nurses, care staff, rehabilitation personnel, and benefits administrators. • Collaboration with the responsible primary care physician. • Contact and support for family members. • Safe and traceable documentation. We work according to a 12-week schedule, primarily daytime. Evening shifts also occur (12 evenings over 12 weeks) as well as every third weekend. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed nurse with at least one year of professional experience. You have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently. It is important that you have empathetic abilities and are solution-oriented, as well as enjoy variation in daily work. If you have previous work experience in municipal health and medical care, this is considered a merit. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement for the position.
