About the position
Green Hotel is an inspiring meeting place in the heart of Tällberg – with panoramic views over Siljan. We are in an exciting development phase with major investments ahead, and we are now looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of shaping our restaurant and the guest experience.
As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the dining room and lead the team in daily operations. You plan and allocate work, ensure that routines are followed, and create the right conditions for high quality, excellent hospitality, and a strong restaurant experience.
You also actively work with sales and development of the restaurant, with a focus on food, wine, beverages, and other add-ons that strengthen both the guest experience and the restaurant's results.
The role involves close collaboration with the kitchen, reception, and conference teams, and you will be an important part of the hotel's continued development.
We are looking for you who:
Have several years of experience from restaurant work, preferably in a supervisory or management role
Are a confident and present leader who creates clarity and work satisfaction
Have a genuine interest in service, hospitality, and quality
Have good knowledge of food, wine, and beverages – sommelier certification is a merit
Are organized and experienced in planning and prioritizing in daily operations
Have a natural interest in sales and developing the guest experience
Have an eye for detail and understand that small things make a big difference
Are flexible, solution-oriented, and calm even when the pace is high
Collaborate well with other departments and see the hotel as a whole
