Norrmaskiner AB is now seeking a dedicated and service-oriented parts sales representative for our facility in Umeå. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who wants to engage with customers, service, and sales, and who has a strong drive to achieve results. You should have a genuine technical interest and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience from agriculture or the construction industry is a plus. You should be comfortable working with computers and need to be able to read English technical manuals. It is critical that you are skilled at meeting our customers professionally and providing first-class service. You should be flexible, solution-focused, and skilled at working toward specific goals with structure and accuracy. Of course, you are a positive and cheerful individual who loves taking initiative and is not afraid of change. Your responsibilities As a parts sales representative, you will have a wide variety of tasks that include: Sales of spare parts directly in the store, over the phone, and to our internal workshop. Ordering parts from various suppliers. Customer reception. Handling work orders, delivery notes, and invoicing. Receiving and unpacking incoming goods. Ensuring a healthy inventory through returns and inventory management. Other requirements B driver's license required. Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus but not required.
