Din Tur Customer Center in Ånge employs approximately 35 people who coordinate publicly funded transportation in the most cost-effective way possible and provide customer service for general public transit. We have an important role in society, and now you have the chance to be one of us!
Exciting! But what does the position involve?
As a Travel Coordinator, you work to create a positive customer experience for our passengers. Your responsibilities include receiving orders via phone for demand-responsive public transportation (such as paratransit and medical transport services) and coordinating these trips, as well as handling inquiries and matters related to general public transit.
Our working hours vary and include daytime shifts, early evenings, and weekend service.
Who are you?
You have an interest, desire, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions with the customer in focus. As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You take your own initiative at work and enjoy a social role with varied work pace, where high-paced periods sometimes require your ability to handle stress. You are comfortable with the phone as a tool, are administratively strong, and have good computer skills.
You must have very good Swedish language skills and speak English. Additional languages are a plus.
