Requirements: - Fluent Czech or Slovak required. - Daily communication with Czech and Slovak entities. - Basic English knowledge - ability to communicate when headquarters visitors arrive. - Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner. - Ability to conduct polite, structured, and goal-oriented calls with various project stakeholders. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility when working with data. - Call center, administrative, or client-facing experience is a plus, not required. - Basic knowledge of construction industry welcome. - Resilience to rejection and ability to maintain a professional approach. - Team spirit and willingness to learn new things. Job Responsibilities: - Verify information about planned and ongoing construction projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic via telephone. - Contact investors, designers, general contractors, and other project participants. - Follow methodology, call scripts, GDPR disclosures, and professional communication standards. - Record collected data in the internal RSM system and ensure completeness and accuracy. - Regularly update project status based on available information. - Collaborate with the team to improve data quality.
