Do you enjoy taking things apart, troubleshooting, and putting motors back together? At BOS Power Sweden AB, you'll work with large diesel engines in data centers, hospitals, and other critical infrastructure. Here you'll find varied fieldwork, technical challenges, and the opportunity to develop alongside some of the Nordic region's leading motor specialists. About the Position This is a direct hire position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Bravura and you'll be employed directly by BOS Power Sweden AB. About the Company BOS Power Sweden AB is one of the Nordic region's leading providers of engines, powertrains, and power solutions. The company has approximately 340 employees and generates around two billion SEK in annual revenue. From its modern facility in Jordbro, the Swedish operation provides service, overhauls, troubleshooting, and technical support to various major customers in data centers, hospitals, mining, and marine industries. Due to significantly increased demand for the company's services, it is in a strong expansion phase. BOS Power Sweden AB is an authorized partner of one of the world's leading engine brands and supplies products and services to operations where reliability and operational security are critical. To meet growing demand, BOS Power Sweden AB is now recruiting additional traveling service technicians for the Swedish team. Responsibilities As a traveling service technician, you'll work on service, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of diesel engines and powertrains. Work takes place both at customer sites and during major service projects where engines are disassembled, overhauled, and reassembled. The work is practical and mechanical, with you working directly on engines rather than primarily through computer-based diagnostics. Assignments vary depending on the customer and project, meaning you'll work with everything from emergency generators at data centers and hospitals to marine installations and industrial engines. The role involves approximately 50% travel, primarily within Sweden but also in the rest of the Nordic region. The remaining 50% is spent at the well-planned and spacious workshop. Some assignments may involve working at another location for one to two weeks at a time. You typically work alongside a colleague and have daily contact with customers in the field. You'll receive thorough onboarding and ongoing training at the company's own training center, where you'll receive both engine and electrical training. All product-specific training is included in the position. You'll also receive good benefits, paid travel, and generous field allowances. In many cases, you'll have the opportunity to influence whether you want to travel, work overtime, or work weekends. You also appreciate working closely with colleagues during longer assignments and contribute a modest approach where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of the work.
