As an industrial assembler at Kungssmide, you become part of an experienced team working with everything from service and maintenance to major assembly projects within Swedish industry. Assignments vary and can involve anything from replacing bearings, assembling electric motors and gearboxes, to being part of installations and renovations of entire production facilities. Work is performed both at customer sites and in the own workshop where simpler service and maintenance work also occurs. The position involves travel as a natural part of the work. Many assignments are performed in Halland with the possibility to come home every day, while some projects may involve work in other locations for shorter periods, mainly towards the Stockholm area. Regardless of where the assignment takes place, you work closely with your colleagues, where collaboration, problem-solving, and professional skill are crucial for success. You will work full-time with flexibility options and will be based at Kungssmide's premises in Väröbacka. Most of the work is scheduled on weekdays, but during projects, weekend work may occur. Travel and weekend work include additional compensation. Who are you? To be the person we're looking for, we believe you have previous experience from industrial assembly. You are used to reading drawings and understand how different components and constructions should be assembled to ensure high quality in your work. We believe you appreciate practical work where accuracy, responsibility, and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday life. You enjoy working with others but also take responsibility for your own tasks and drive them forward. The work is sometimes physically demanding, which means you need to be in good physical condition and enjoy an active work environment. You have experience or knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Since the position involves travel, we see that you have the ability to be on the road when needed. You have a valid B driver's license, very good knowledge of Swedish, and can communicate in English when the situation requires it. Is this your perfect match?
