As an industrial assembler at Kungssmide, you become part of an experienced team working with everything from service and maintenance to major assembly projects within Swedish industry. The assignments vary and can include everything from replacing bearings, assembling electric motors and gearboxes, to participating in installations and retrofits of entire production facilities. Work is performed both at customer sites and in the own workshop where simpler service and maintenance work also occurs. The position involves travel as a natural part of the work. Many assignments are performed in Halland with the possibility to come home every day, while some projects may involve work at other locations for shorter periods, primarily in the Stockholm area. Regardless of where the assignment takes place, you work closely with your colleagues, where collaboration, problem-solving, and professional skill are key to success. You will work full-time with the possibility of flexible hours and be based at Kungssmide's facilities in Väröbacka. The majority of work is scheduled on weekdays, but travel and weekend work may occur on projects. Travel and weekend work receive additional compensation. Who are you? To be the person we're looking for, we believe you have experience in industrial assembly from before. You are accustomed to reading technical drawings and understand how different components and constructions should be assembled to ensure high quality in your work. We believe you appreciate practical work where precision, responsibility, and problem-solving are a natural part of your everyday routine. You enjoy collaborating with others, but also take responsibility for your own tasks and drive them forward. The work is sometimes physically demanding, which means you need to have good physical fitness and enjoy an active work environment. You have experience or knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Since the position involves travel, we see that you have the ability to be on the road when needed. You have a Class B driver's license, very good proficiency in Swedish, and can communicate in English when the situation requires it. Is this your perfect match?
