Join our team! Valmiera preschool educational institution "Ābelīte" (hereinafter – Institution) is hiring a maintenance worker (0.5 work rate (20 hours per week)) for an indefinite period. Work location: Palejas iela 5, Valmiera, Valmieras novads. If you have the desire to: • perform lock replacement, equipment and furniture repairs, painting, cosmetic repair work; • operate and maintain cold and hot water supply and sewage systems; • inform the employer about identified damages; and if you have: • professional secondary education in engineering or construction; • state language proficiency in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law; • competencies: ability to analyze situations and consequences of actions, find the most suitable solution; communication and collaboration skills; ability to plan, organize and perform your work with quality; sense of responsibility, discipline, accuracy; we offer: • salary 390 EUR per month before tax payment; • opportunity to receive vacation allowance for good work performance; • employer co-funded health insurance after the probation period ends, as well as other social guarantees/benefits in accordance with work results and the requirements set in regulatory acts.
