Key job duties:
Repair (assemble, maintain, modify, adapt) institution furniture, equipment, and maintain domestic appliances (technical maintenance).
Ensure the operation of water supply and sewerage systems, prevent simple damages (connections, seals, faucets, flexible transitions, etc.).
Monitor and regulate technical indicators of the institution's heating network automatic control system for cost efficiency purposes.
Conduct space and territory improvement measures as needed.
Perform cosmetic repairs in premises, building facade, utility buildings, playgrounds, and yard.
Participate in procurement of necessary inventory and equipment.
Requirements for candidates:
General education.
Carpentry, construction, plumbing systems and equipment installation and repair skills and knowledge.
Responsibility, precision, and diligence.
Ability to act promptly and make independent decisions.
Ability to plan work execution within set deadlines.
