PlaygroundSquad is a vocational education program for the game developers of the future. We're now looking for someone who wants to build bridges between our students and the game industry – and at the same time help more people discover game development as an education and career path.
🎮 What's the job about?
The role is broad, social, and varied. You'll be an important link between students, game studios, schools, higher education institutions, and other players in the gaming world.
You'll be doing things like:
Build and develop relationships with students, game studios, and industry professionals.
Create opportunities for students through internships, thesis projects, projects, and guest lectures.
Visit primary and secondary schools and spark interest in game development.
Build collaborations with universities and colleges.
Manage social media, websites, and other communication materials.
Plan and conduct events, workshops, industry meetups, and other activities.
Track statistics, analyze results, and find new ways to develop the business.
We believe you have experience in areas such as marketing and communications, social media and LinkedIn, web publishing, project management and events, statistics, tracking and analysis, and building professional networks.
⭐ Extra XP if you...
Have experience from the game industry, a strong network within games, or experience in education and collaboration between school and working life. Knowledge of CMS, Google Analytics, or similar is also a plus.
