About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating and expanding, and we are now looking for more staff members. We are the agency responsible for prisons, probation services, remand prisons, and inmate transportation. Job Description With prisons, remand prisons, probation offices, and our transportation department as your clients, you will primarily work with high-volume recruitment of correctional officers, but also with recruitment of other professional roles. You will work with all our operational areas where you will be the contact person for one or two operational areas and will operationally coordinate the recruitment processes for those areas. You will conduct kickoff meetings, publish job postings, conduct selections, plan and conduct interviews, handle administration, and everything else that is part of a recruitment process. You will work closely with your operational area's managers and HR officers, as well as with your colleagues in the recruitment team. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service recruits several thousand new employees and temporary vacation replacements each year. Working with recruitment at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service largely involves high-volume recruitment, which requires efficient working methods and perseverance. You therefore need to be comfortable working in an organization that is governed by rules and procedures, but also where you contribute to change and bring new ideas. You have experience in recruitment, either as a recruiter, HR professional with a focus on recruitment, or in a management role that involved significant recruitment needs.
