Are you a student looking for a flexible and developing part-time job alongside your studies? Perhaps you see a future in recruitment and consulting and want the opportunity to develop within the field during your studies. We are now hiring several new people to our team. With us, you'll have an important role in daily operations and the opportunity to learn more about recruitment, search, and the consulting industry in a dynamic and family-like environment. About us We are an innovative recruitment and staffing company with a family-like feel, short decision-making processes, and strong commitment to what we do. We are a team that works closely together with our clients and candidates, where delivery and sales go hand in hand. On the delivery side, we are a driven and positive team with a flat hierarchy. We support each other, share experiences, and help find good solutions. When it works, we try to be in the office on the same days, and a few times a year we do something together, like an AW or kickoff. We like to think innovatively and be flexible. Whether a client needs help with a single recruitment or a larger consulting solution, we adapt to their needs and make sure to find the right person for the job. With us, you'll also have the opportunity to adjust your work around your studies. We prefer that you work 1–2 days per week, and after your training period, there's also the option for hybrid work. You'll naturally receive proper introduction and onboarding to get into the role properly, and then the support you need to develop. About the role As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be an important part of our recruitment processes and have the opportunity to work broadly, from finding and attracting the right candidates to participating in selection, interviews, and quality assurance. We primarily work with roles in tech and IT, but also in sales, finance, administration, HR, and communications. Examples of responsibilities: Search and proactive candidate outreach Screening, selection, and phone interviews Interviews and reference checks Creation and publishing of job postings Support in client and recruitment processes Contribute to developing our methods and processes The role is broad and develops with you. You start by building a solid foundation in recruitment and gradually get the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in our processes based on your experience, ambition, and the time you have alongside your studies. Who are you? You are studying HR/behavioral science/recruitment or another relevant education/field Ideally, you have 1–2 years left until graduation You communicate fluently in Swedish and English It's a plus if you have previous experience in recruitment or search You are a curious and bold person who takes on tasks whether you've tried them before or if they're new to you If you have experience working with social media, that's a plus We're looking for someone who is responsible and service-minded with the client and candidate in focus. To fit the team, we also believe you have a results-oriented approach and enjoy when things happen quickly.
