Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least three years of recruitment experience, but to succeed in this role, your social and business skills are crucial. Being able to structure your workday and having natural self-leadership will help you achieve results faster.

NXT Interim & NXT Rekrytering operate primarily within IT, HR, Finance. It is a merit if you yourself are a specialist within one of these areas.
In daily work you are involved in the entire recruitment process and assist with job specifications, design advertisements, coach in employer branding, search, interviews, testing and background checks. We function as advisors and sounding boards for our customers and candidates.
