About the Position
Do you want to take your first step into the staffing and recruitment industry, or perhaps you already have experience? Then this could be the job for you!
Your responsibilities will develop over time and include the entire recruitment process—from posting positions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and checking references to hiring and onboarding with clients. The role will also involve contact with educational institutions, the employment agency, and other networks. Over time, you'll also become the main contact for our employed consultants, where an important part is maintaining continuous contact with them and visiting them at their workplaces.

To succeed in this role, you need to be social and enjoy making contact with people, and appreciate varied tasks. Days can differ as we sometimes need to adjust our planning based on what comes up. We work in a team consisting of sales professionals and recruiters. Work is driven by our clients' needs and wishes. Our team is driven to achieve our common goals together, where our focus is to satisfy both clients and consultants.
You will receive thorough introduction and mentoring from experienced recruitment colleagues, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop in the role.
About the Company
The position involves primarily office-based work, but you will also visit clients and consultants, participate in trade shows, and attend training sessions. Your Profile
We're looking for someone who:
• Has relevant education or experience in, for example, HR, personnel, or similar fields
• Enjoys working toward goals and is motivated by seeing results
• Is organized, self-driven, and has an easy way of making connections
• Possesses high social competence, is unpretentious and driven, and enjoys new challenges
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has good administrative skills
• Holds a class B driver's license
Previous recruitment experience is a merit but not a requirement—what's most important is that you have the right attitude, want to develop, and take responsibility for your learning.
If you meet these criteria and have good collaboration skills, can handle stressful situations, and solve problems creatively, you could very well be the right person for this position!
