Teknikakademin is seeking recruiters Teknikakademin is seeking 5 driven and self-motivated recruiters who want to help us find experienced professionals in technology, construction, and industry. Your mission is to find people with solid professional experience who want to share their knowledge and teach based on our education programs' curricula. Candidates do not need to be trained teachers – the most important thing is the right professional expertise and the ability to convey knowledge to others. Responsibilities Create and post job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Blocket Jobb, Arbetsförmedlingen, Jobbsafari and other relevant platforms. Actively search for and headhunt candidates in technology, construction, and industry. Contact interesting candidates directly via LinkedIn. Work with candidates and recruitment processes in Teamtailor. Conduct initial contact and assessment of candidates. Follow up with candidates and schedule meetings with Teknikakademin's management. We are looking for you who Have experience working in Teamtailor. Have LinkedIn Premium – a requirement. Are familiar with LinkedIn and active candidate sourcing. Are driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Are comfortable with search, headhunting, and direct contact with potential candidates. Have strong communication skills in Swedish. Preferably have experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or similar. Experience or a network in technology, construction, and industry is a plus. Benefits Work 100% from home.
