About the Position At Perido, we are now seeking a records administrator for our client, a government agency tasked by the government and parliament with ensuring that companies and organizations comply with laws regarding work environment and working hours. This position is located at the agency's office in Stockholm. Your Responsibilities As a records administrator, you will be part of a close-knit team where you work in close collaboration with other colleagues in the records function. The function is led by a coordinator who also serves as a mentor and provides support with ongoing filing questions, creating excellent conditions for professional development and a secure work environment. You will register incoming documents in the agency's records system Filing is done according to an established classification structure with processes and document types When needed, the work may also include sorting incoming mail in the agency mailbox, opening mail, and handling phone calls from the public Assess which process a document belongs to, what document type it is, and whether the document is classified as confidential or not Your Qualities To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have good communication skills, are confident in your role, and have a strong service mindset. You work in a structured manner, are organized, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel. You enjoy taking responsibility and driving your work forward independently—while also being comfortable collaborating and contributing to the team. During high volume periods of incoming documents, the same work tasks may be repeated for much of the workday. Therefore, it is important that you are thorough, persistent, and enjoy working in a structured manner even at a fast pace. Does this sound like a description of you? Qualifications (the requirements below must be met and clearly stated in your CV): Diploma in records management, records administration education at university level, or equivalent education. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent plus one (1) year of work experience as a records administrator Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent Knowledge of document and case management systems (for example Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.) Knowledge of laws and regulations governing public operations and the records administrator's activities and responsibilities Able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31 with possibility of extension.
