With us, you'll be part of a team that works closely together to support the entire organization. Together, you're responsible for the corporation's functions related to archives, records, and information and case management. With effective information management that is both modern and secure, you provide support to the entire organization.
What you'll be doing
As a Records Administrator, you have an important function in the organization, while also providing support on matters related to records, filing, and information management. You do this by bringing order to our information flows, keeping track of the details, and meeting the organization's needs in a helpful way.
You will also
register and manage the corporation's documents in the filing system
help maintain the corporation's records and active archives according to laws, archival regulations, and guidelines
handle requests for disclosure of public records
contribute to the development of our procedures and working methods – for more efficient and secure information management
conduct training and information initiatives in your area.

We'd like you to have
seleveral years of experience working as a Records Administrator
previous experience working in the public sector
experience working in filing systems
strong knowledge of records management, case handling, and information management
very good skills in Swedish – both spoken and written.
It's an advantage if you are a certified Records Administrator or have post-secondary education in, for example, archives and information science, public administration, law, or another relevant field.
