ABOUT THE ROLE As Regional Manager at Primär Fastighetsförvaltning, you will have a central role in leading and developing operations, with responsibility for business, results, employees, and delivery. You will work with a varied customer portfolio ranging from industrial customers and major property owners to public sector actors and community properties. Primär is undergoing a transformation journey focused on strengthening the organization and continuing to develop its methods and deliverables. As Regional Manager, you will play an important role in this work, with the opportunity to identify development opportunities, influence operations, and contribute to greater value for customers over time. You will lead five operations managers and work closely with them in developing their operations, organizations, and businesses. The role combines hands-on and coaching leadership with strategic customer work, where you will primarily engage in dialogue with major clients. You report to Primär's business area manager and work from the office in Hisings Backa. Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and follow up with five operations managers and support them in developing their operations and businesses. Responsible for budget, results, and profitability, and drive operations toward set targets. Develop existing customer relationships and drive strategic customer dialogues. Ensure quality in delivery and that operations comply with agreed commitments. Drive improvement and development initiatives related to operations, methods, and delivery. Collaborate with other parts of Primär on joint projects and strategic initiatives. Responsible for and follow up on work environment and safety within operations. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who thrives in a business-driven, customer-focused environment where leadership, property operations, and development are in focus. You have solid knowledge of the field and are motivated by developing operations, people, and customer relationships over time. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Several years of experience in the real estate industry, in property management, Facility Management, or from the property owner side. Solid experience and knowledge in property operations and technical management, for example in lighting, inspection and maintenance, and ventilation. Experience managing and maintaining properties and larger contracts or assignments. Experience from a service-oriented operation and understanding of customer-focused deliverables. Experience with budget and results responsibility. Leadership experience with the ability to coach, follow up, and develop others. Good knowledge of Aff-agreements/Aff regulations and experience working based on agreed commitments and delivery requirements. Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have an academic or other relevant post-secondary education, experience in energy optimization and energy efficiency in properties, and experience leading through other managers.
