Job Responsibilities Personal meetings with customers (companies, municipalities, institutions) Establishing new contacts in your assigned region Managing existing clients and building long-term partnerships Recommending appropriate energy solutions based on the customer's actual needs What We Expect Enjoyment of working with people and willingness to learn Active and fair approach Category B driver's license (active driver) Reliability, professional conduct, and honoring agreements Previous industry experience is not necessary – what matters is life experience and responsibility What We Offer Full-time employment Guaranteed base salary + performance bonuses (50,000 - 58,000 CZK) Established region: Ústí nad Orlicí, Svitavy Quality training and ongoing support Minimal administrative work Direct management support Meaningful work that truly helps people Friendly environment where age is not a barrier If this position interests you, we'd be happy to hear from you.
