Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager with strong commercial and strategic focus to take responsibility for developing business activities and distribution in the South East Europe region, with primary focus on the Czech and Slovak markets. What awaits you: • developing distribution strategy and implementing selective distribution in the South East Europe region (14 countries) with focus on CZ/SK • comprehensive responsibility for meeting commercial budget including P&L and brand strategy • strategic planning and subsequent execution of business activities in the region • leading, developing and motivating medium-sized and larger teams • consolidating and supervising business activities including setting and negotiating commercial terms • responsibility for developing individual business channels – e-commerce, retail, B2B and key customers • developing omnichannel strategy and its implementation • increasing brand awareness and market share through PR and offline and online activities • coordinating cross-functional projects • collaborating on brand development in the luxury goods and premium spirits segment What we expect: • proven experience in senior commercial or management position • experience with managing commercial strategy, distribution and developing business channels • experience with leading and developing teams • experience with budget and P&L responsibility • very good negotiation, communication and organizational skills • strategic thinking and ability to convert strategy into concrete execution • experience in international environment and managing activities across multiple markets • experience in luxury goods, premium brands or spirits segment is an advantage • active knowledge of English • independence, results orientation and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously We offer: • a management position with significant responsibility • the opportunity to influence commercial strategy and further brand development in the region • working in an international environment • space for professional development and implementation of strategic initiatives • appropriate financial compensation If this position interests you, please send us your CV and a few words about yourself to: [email protected]
