Independent adjudication of violations in violation proceedings concerning public administration order, territorial self-government order, public order, civic coexistence, and property. Independent adjudication of violations in violation proceedings according to applicable legal regulations…. Required education - Master's degree in law and legal science or Master's or Bachelor's degree with requirement to demonstrate professional competence by passing an exam in the field of violations at the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic/can be obtained additionally.
