Production Planning Specialist

Start date: 16/9/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Planning received orders into production - Monitoring production plan fulfillment, changes, and updates - Ordering production materials, warehouse receipt, and handling claims - Processing dye inventory and packaging material inventory on a weekly basis - Communication with production material suppliers - Picking goods in the system for shipment, collaboration with warehouse - Optimizing finished product inventory levels - Monthly reports, sampling of new dyes - Annual inventory. What We're Looking For: - Minimum secondary education with diploma - Strong knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook - Experience in a production planning/logistics position - Proficiency with numbers and logical thinking - English language skills at a conversational level - Group B driver's license (advantageous) - Attention to detail, responsibility, diligence, and reliability - Good communication skills, teamwork orientation.
