Minimum secondary education with diploma (economics field preferred), experience in a similar position preferred, PC skills (particularly MS Excel, experience with property management software preferred), background in asset management or education sector preferred, basic knowledge of public sector legislation and school financial management preferred, good health status, clean criminal record, high work commitment, responsibility, attention to detail, independence, communication skills and organizational abilities, stress resilience. Fixed-term employment position – temporary replacement for long-term sick leave. Salary based on experience, minimum guaranteed salary of grade 8 in salary table no. 1.
