MS Office at user level Knowledge of Helios system is an advantage, not a requirement Work in the internal Helios system. Preparation of billing documentation. Co-creation of production plans and accounting documents. Management of finished product shipments. Optimization and improvement of existing and newly implemented logistics processes. Participation in logistics projects. Optimization of inventory and warehouse sizes. Responsibility for meeting key logistics performance indicators. Administrative support to warehouse staff. Reliability, responsibility, accuracy, independence, loyalty and positive attitude toward work, willingness to continue learning.
