Position Description: Exercise the authority of the regional building authority; review decisions and measures issued by municipal building authorities, both final and non-final; ensure uniform procedures in the execution of state administration in this area, including methodological, supervisory, and control activities, all within the scope of transport and energy infrastructure in the territorial jurisdiction of the Olomouc Region.
Requirements:
- Education and field of study in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended; transport infrastructure background preferred
- Subject knowledge: Building Act and related regulations, Administrative Code, Act on Misdemeanors, Act on Regions
- Special professional qualification for performing administrative activities in building code matters and in expropriation proceedings preferred
- Experience in public administration preferred
- Professional experience in the field within the last 5 years preferred
- Language skills: foreign language (English, French, German) preferred
- Additional required skills: user-level PC knowledge (MS Office), Category B driver's license, independence, communication skills, sense of teamwork, ability to think analytically and strategically
