Requirements:
- Higher education in a master's degree program in Law and Legal Science, Law, or Security-Legal Studies at a higher education institution in the Czech Republic, or
- Higher education in a master's or bachelor's degree program in another field, provided subsequent demonstration of professional competence through an examination by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic after acceptance into employment, or
- Complete secondary or higher vocational education meeting the conditions of § 112 subsection 9 of Act No. 250/2016 Sb., on Liability for Violations and Proceedings Concerning Them, as amended,
- Clean criminal record (extract from Criminal Register with no entries), health fitness,
- Professional competence according to Act No. 250/2016 Sb. advantageous,
- Practical experience with violation proceedings or other administrative activities in public administration welcome,
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations,
- Communication skills, professional demeanor and interpersonal abilities, diligence, qualified and timely task completion, independence,
- Digital competence,
- Driver's license category B advantageous,
- Ability and willingness to pursue further education.
Job Description:
- The work involves ensuring administrative and record-keeping activities in violation proceedings, particularly violations against public order, civil coexistence, and property matters,
- Fixed-term employment (substitute for maternity/parental leave) with prospect of conversion to permanent employment upon mutual satisfaction,
- Work location: territorial district of the city of Jindřichův Hradec,
- Salary classification – 11th pay grade, plus personal allowance based on work performance, bonuses,

Requirements for Submitting an Application to the Selection Process:
