JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct violation proceedings concerning traffic safety and fluidity on public roads
REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications as per § 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., university degree (law field preferred) or secondary education with diploma, knowledge of violations procedures and legislation concerning traffic safety and fluidity on public roads, very good computer skills, good communication skills when dealing with people, good written expression, clean criminal record, high work commitment, stress resilience, reliability, courtesy. Desired qualifications: examination in special professional competence for violation proceedings concerning traffic safety and fluidity on public roads and related administrative proceedings, examination in special professional competence per Act No. 250/2016 Coll. on responsibility for violations and proceedings thereon, or relevant work experience, sector experience, category B driver's license, knowledge of VERA filing system

The applicant's application must per § 7 subsection 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll. contain: name, surname, title, date and place of birth, nationality, permanent residence address, type and number of identity document proving identity and citizenship, and if the applicant is a foreigner who is not a citizen of an EU member state or a party to the European Economic Area agreement, also the number of the document authorizing permanent residence, date and signature of the applicant
The applicant shall attach per § 6 subsection 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll. the following documents: structured curriculum vitae emphasizing previous work experience, copy of the highest education certificate, criminal record extract not older than three months; for foreigners also an equivalent document certifying good standing issued by the home country not older than 3 months; if the home country does not issue such a document, good standing shall be demonstrated by statutory declaration
