Job Responsibilities: - Procuring materials, raw materials, and services needed for production - Communicating with suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms - Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels - Evaluating suppliers and their reliability - Coordinating delivery schedules, handling complaints and resolving any issues - Collaborating with production and other departments Requirements: - High school diploma minimum (preferably in economics or technical field) - Experience in a similar purchasing position is a plus - Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Proactive problem-solving approach - Knowledge of English or German is a plus We Offer: - Stable employment with a growing company - Starting salary 40.000-42.000 Kč - Pleasant work environment and friendly team - Opportunity for professional development and career growth - Meal allowance, additional vacation days, and other corporate benefits - Support of a stable Czech company, single-shift operation 6-14 hours with no weekends, opportunity for professional growth and development, company dining, + 5 additional days off after one year of service
