Procurement Specialist

Work in a Czech family-owned company with over 35 years of experience in valve manufacturing. Responsibilities include: purchasing ferrous materials and mechanical parts, processing purchase requests in the company system, managing order records and procurement administration, collaborating with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms, ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods, communicating with internal departments, processing supplier complaints, managing in-house transportation and supplier deliveries, reviewing transportation and purchasing invoices. Requirements: minimum secondary education, preferably technical; driver's license category "B" (active driver); communication and negotiation skills; experience with ferrous materials and mechanical parts procurement in manufacturing companies is an advantage; English at conversational level; Italian is a plus; advanced MS Office skills.
