Job Responsibilities: Coordination of preparation and implementation of city investments combining field and office work, including coordination of investment financing and project preparation. Technician duties include preparing investment proposals, issuing project documentation assignments, coordinating the design process and proposal review, selecting construction contractors, organizing construction inspections, monitoring project financing, resolving change order approvals (additions and deductions), coordinating building completion procedures, and handing over the building to the asset manager.
Work Location: Nový Jičín
Employment Duration: 1st position: Indefinite duration,
2nd position: Fixed-term (maternity leave replacement)
Salary Grade: 9 - 10*)
Expected Start Date: 01.11.2026, or by agreement after completion of the selection procedure
