Job Description: Within the context of preparation, awarding, and monitoring of public procurement contracts for which you serve as guarantor according to the procurement schedule. You will professionally manage assigned operational centers, maintain operational records concerning basic data of these centers. You will coordinate the activities of operational centers and the operations department. You are responsible for the material correctness of the definition of the procurement contract subject matter and implementation of contracts within the timeframes set in the procurement schedule. You will monitor contract performance. You will ensure efficient use of financial and material resources at assigned operational centers. You are responsible for proper use of financial resources and fulfillment of maintenance and repair plan activities at assigned operational centers. You will participate in acceptance and final inspections of construction projects, handle complaints, etc. You will perform expert assessments and cost estimates when determining damages and scope of emergencies, professionally determine methods of their remediation, and establish initial measures to prevent further damage.
