Fixed-term position; 37.5 h/week; Requirements: - Secondary education - Active English proficiency - daily email and phone communication - PC skills - MS Office - Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, responsibility and professional demeanor - Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage - Willingness to learn new things - Driver's license category B Job Responsibilities: - Administrative activities related to customer service operations - Order receipt, coordination of their review, management within the information system, preparation of materials for shipping and invoicing - Responsibility for information flow from the plant to the customer - Coordination of new acquisitions, coordination of preparation of materials for offer processing - Active cooperation with other departments We Offer: - Motivational bonuses twice a year - Meal allowance - Pension insurance contribution - Additional days off Please send your CV to [email protected].
