Required Education - § 30a of Act No. 283/2021 Coll. Secondary education with maturita in the relevant field, professional experience in construction, knowledge of legislation, optionally knowledge of construction law (ZOZ) advantageous; higher professional or university education at master's or bachelor's level in construction field. Job Responsibilities: Performs all activities pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll. (Building Act) in the approval of construction projects, building completion inspections, building demolitions, issuance of orders for building modifications and safety work, building maintenance, etc. Requirements: Group B driver's license required, excellent communication and presentation skills We Offer: 25 days of vacation, 5 days of sick leave, meal allowance and health care benefits, work clothing allowance, pension insurance contribution Contact: by email
