Job Responsibilities: processing, resolving, and overseeing internal/external complaints; conducting analysis of customer complaints; preparing documentation for analyses; performing analysis of internal errors and their evaluation. Requirements: minimum secondary technical education; knowledge of German or English language; flexibility, communication and presentation skills.
