Job duties: receiving submissions, requests and statements from citizens; receiving and sending electronic mail; initiating proceedings and filing cases in protocols V and Z; applying seals; preparing correspondence in proceedings concerning authorization of registration. Providing cashier services including receiving and disbursing funds from the administrative cash account. This is a position in the front office/records department that is also suitable for recent graduates. The position is classified in salary grade 8 with personal supplement. The expected start date is 15.10.2026.
