Senior Project Coordinator and Change Manager – Stockholm Region, Hospital Environment Stockholm Region is implementing a comprehensive migration of network and IT infrastructure in hospital environments. The work involves many technical environments, operations, departments, and multiple external vendors in parallel. The role coordinates operational work and serves as the link between project management, technical specialists, business representatives, facility managers, auditors, and vendors. The migration must be executed with patient safety at the forefront, keeping healthcare operations at the center. Quick Facts Start: October 12, 2026 Scope: Full-time, 100% Location: Stockholm, on-site at the client Assignment Duration: Until June 30, 2027, with option to extend 2 × 6 months Application Deadline: September 24, 2026 Your Responsibilities Drive daily coordination of migration activities together with the client's project manager and the vendors' project managers. Monitor timeline, dependencies, risks, and deviations. Plan and lead meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums. Prepare decision-making materials and reports for the steering committee and leadership. Lead change management and communication toward healthcare operations. Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a project coordinator, PMO support, or equivalent role within IT. Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure, transformation, or migration projects in hospital environments. Experience driving projects with physicians, senior operational managers, and IT directors as key stakeholders within a region, municipality, or other public sector organization. Experience leading groups with many different work areas and professions. Strong knowledge of project methodology and tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting. Documented experience planning and leading meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums. Experience preparing written decision-making materials for steering committees and leadership. Experience with risk management, dependency analysis, and deviation monitoring. Very strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting. Very strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Very senior profile with extensive experience in leading roles on large-scale assignments. Meritorious Project management within healthcare, with direct or indirect impact on care operations. Projects covering multiple hospitals or operational areas. Experience leading steering committees with, for example, chief physicians and IT directors. Certification in, for example, SAFe or Change Management, with assignments where it was applied.
