Interim Unit Manager IT Infrastructure, Linköping A public sector client in Östergötland is seeking three interim unit managers within infrastructure and platform services while permanent managers are being recruited. The units are platform technology, IT infrastructure, and network infrastructure. These services are directly critical to the organization's healthcare operations. You will lead 15 to 20 employees, participate in the management group, and report to the Operations Area Manager. Quick Facts Start: September 21, 2026 Scope: Full-time (100%) Location: Linköping (hybrid, minimum 3 days per week on-site) Format: Subcontractor via Lynqa (we handle contracts and invoicing) Duration: 6 months (until March 20, 2027) with option for an additional 6 months Application Deadline: September 7, 2026 Responsibilities Lead daily operations with full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and budget Ensure stable operations, high availability, and security Manage resource and competency planning as well as budget monitoring Prioritize and develop the unit's services based on operational needs Ensure compliance with information security, continuity, and civil preparedness requirements Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager with personnel, operations, and budget responsibility Leadership experience from technical specialist teams within IT infrastructure, platforms, or networks Experience with change management and business development in complex organizations Experience leading technical deliverables within infrastructure, platform, or network Ability to balance stable operations with continuous development Experience in environments with high requirements for availability, robustness, and information security Swedish at C1 level in spoken and written form Desirable Qualifications Experience from the public sector, politically governed organizations, or healthcare Knowledge of ITIL, PM3, or equivalent management frameworks Experience with civil preparedness, crisis management, or continuity planning Previous experience as an interim manager or leader in transformation work Application Selection is ongoing.
