Key Responsibilities As an accounting specialist at Centria, you will work broadly within the finance function. You will be part of a great three-person team that together manages accounting for the property companies within the group. Here you have the opportunity to combine structure and attention to detail with practical and operationally-focused finance work. Daily bookkeeping Account receivable management Account reconciliations VAT reporting and other statutory reporting Prepare financial statements and annual reports Tax returns Together with the team, ensure a quality-assured and well-functioning financial process Other administrative tasks related to finance Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent and work experience in the field, who is now ready for the next step. You are comfortable with a broad and operational role and you are experienced working in multiple business systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you have a background in the property sector, we view this as a merit but not a requirement. As a person, you are described as unpretentious, meticulous, and positive with a strong ability to drive work forward independently. You thrive in a family-oriented work environment where everyone contributes and takes significant personal responsibility. Furthermore, you are a flexible and service-oriented team player who easily builds good relationships and enjoys offering new suggestions and ideas.
